I think you can still have some keys, if you register on rigth website and such. Try the game and see if you think it would be worth to buy. Then you can pre-order the version where you want to play : NA or EU

Reseh I totally forgot about a beta key I got sent for this weekend EU beta test, I have PM you the email I got. Maybe its a bit late, but hopefully you may have time to download the client and give it a go.
