Sorry, I missed this thread. Will probably roll Sorc (High elf (or maybe Popori just for kicks?))

MissLollipop will probably go archer (in case she gets in as a trial )

Berserker - Either castanic or amani, haven't decided yet.

If I played I'd probably have an archer Castanic or Human.

In most games I played I'm usually a healer or a melee type.
With Tera I would prolly play either an Aman Warrior or a High Elf Mystic or Priest. Or both

I'm a bit curious why as I really enjoyed mine in OBT, prolly even more so than my Mystic. Is it because Mystics are supposed to be better at PvP?

Mystic is a better PvE healer in general becuase of the "enough" healing and fantastic buffs, priest can do the job just fine though but I like doing more stuff than just healing, that's why I changed. I also prefer Mystic for open world PvP to help out with CC and such. The priest is by all means nothing bad at all! It's a question of taste mostly ^^ Mystic was also my first choice when I joined Whitestar :3

Mystics are not better in PvP per say, they are harder to pin down due to higher mobility but they are also twice as squishy as a priest. It all comes down to personal preference. ^^ If you want to clear instances fast in PvE and have ok heals with high utility then Mystic. If you want to cover half the boss areas with heals and play it mega safe then Priest :3

Hmmm doesn't look good for Priests then in PVE nor PVP. Up to level 20 my Priest seemed to have the edge over my Mystic, but never got to a high enough level to really compare the two. And also for me decent CC is a big plus. Then again if nobody wants to play a Priest any more they will be tweaked sooner or later.

oooh, Priest is preffered by many Healing as mystic can be very very challenging and most pugs fex will want a priest. See it this way; the priest has more healing and defensive utility, where the mystic has ok healing with mostly offensive utility I like the offensive utility and playing risky more than playing defensive and safe! ^_^

The priest has a huge edge on the healing, the mystic has only 1 heal where the priest has about 6 AoE heals and long duration buffs. The Mystic has more short duration buffs If you really like the healing then a priest is more fun I guess, the mystic does not feel like a solid healer but more of a jack of all trades ^^

I guess I will do as I always do when presented with 2 choices: take both of them

Yes pretty much! Saying mystic is the best is wrong, because they are both fantastic at what they do! XD It's mostly personal preference and two totally different play styles eventhough bluehole decide to give them similar spells all the time

You are not going warrior?

I tried a little bit Priest on the Prologue Island to see what feel the priest have. I can't say I've really experimented it. But I really think I prefer Mystic mobility, coupled with Elin tinyness, it's really great! :3

Oh yes my main will stil be warrior, I really love the dynamics of the warrior's playing style. I'm just picky, want to know all the nitty gritty of a class, even if its just for alts.
For my first alt I think I'll go for a Human Priest, just to be different

I will not be lancer... tried it out in the tutorial.. and it doesnt fit my style at the moment... so my first char will be a Archer as I planned from the beginning

GOD I wish I could play with you all from the start!
I look forward to take my sorc-to-be to even higher levels than I did during the closed beta ^_^
